The Hotel is in a great location. We were able to walk to the Hermitage Museum and he other locations we wanted to go to. The Room was comfortable and the Hotel Staff was very friendly. We stayed here for 10 days and every day was wonderful. The service is friendly and helpful. The breakfasts tasted so good . The bed was comfortable. The hotel is in such a good location that we were able to see everything easily. Thank you so much.

This is our first time in St. Petersburg and your hotel has been a lovely place to return after a hard day’s sightseeing. We were originally going to stay in a big hotel, but are very glad we changed our minds – we would never have had such personal service elsewhere. We are grateful for Tripadvisor.com to lead us here. It was the perfect location. The rooms are bright – lots of light, lots of storage space in both bath and bedroom. Our stay at the Ermitage Hotel was truly a home away from home. Besides being in the vicinity and easy walking distances to all major sights in St. Petersburg, a small number of dedicated staff took care of all our needs and one didn't have run from Concierge to Frontdesk to Guestrelation, as it happens in many larger hotels. Truly personalized service and a place to recommend to friends.

I just would like to thank you once again for the kind hospitality we received during our stay at the Ermitage Hotel. No secret, visiting Russia without the full-time assistance of a tour operator has not been a simple thing, mostly due to language problems. However, you and the whole hotel staff have been an extremely helpful point of reference before and during our trip. Thanks again and best regards
