Booking conditions

Please be informed that we use one-night pre-payment policy for all bookings. Payments can be made by credit card. To confirm your reservation you will need to supply with us your credit card details. You can provide this information to us later over the telephone, by fax or by e-mail.

The guarantee of the reservation is the prepayment of one night stay, which is refunded in case the reservation is cancelled earlier than 24 hours before check-in during Low Season (01.10 - 14.04) and 48 hours before check-in during High and Mid Seasons (15.04 - 30.09). Otherwise the first night of the booking will be forfeited. The cost of visa support is non-refundable once this service is rendered.
